Create rooms as AC or Non-AC, set sharing, and add beds on a room that already exists without reloading the whole inventory. The properties screen shows bed use against the plan limit, not a cap on how many buildings you can open.
Tenants, rent dues, deposits, and extra charges are recorded against the active property. Complaints have their own queue. Visitors and gate entry are available in the workspace for teams that use them. Expenses stay limited to the properties your account is allowed to see.
Managers and staff get the jobs you assign, such as rooms, tenants, payments, or expenses. They do not receive another owner’s properties. Founder accounts are separate from owner workspaces.
