Room and bed management for PGs and hostels
Rooms in MatyStay are inventory, not a single spreadsheet row. Each room has a number, a unit type, sharing, and whether it is AC or Non-AC.
You can enter more than one room number, including custom numbers such as ab1 and ab2, and save them as separate rooms. Each of those rooms can be marked AC or Non-AC. Mixed AC and Non-AC on one room is not offered, because a room is one or the other.
Every plan can open more than one property. The limit is the number of beds on the plan, counted across the owner’s properties. The properties page shows that bed use when the account is not capped by property count.
The room gallery stores photos and a description for a listing. A published listing gets a private share link. Older room-number links are not treated as public. Share the new link when you want someone to see the room.
