MatyStay stores each resident on a property: room, documents, deposit, and the rent agreement. A second property starts empty. It does not copy the first property’s tenants.
Add a tenant to the active property with stay details and documents. Deposits and opening balances are part of that record, so the first rent cycle is not missing the money already collected.
Rent agreements move from draft to a PDF, then stamp and signature steps, and can be marked verified. When a verified agreement has ended, the resident profile can start a renewal instead of retyping the whole stay.
Switching property reloads tenants, rooms, payments, and expenses for that building. If no property is selected, some lists can show every property on that same owner account. They do not show another owner’s residents.
