MatyStay’s Payments Hub is where owners see what is due and record what was received. It is built for cash, UPI, and bank collections you enter yourself, with a trail for partial payments.
Overview, Dues, and Collections split the month. Dues can be filtered as current, upcoming, or overdue, with the room and the amount on the card. Recording a payment does not require a separate spreadsheet for the same row.

Tenant self-serve online rent payment is not the collection method described here. Owners and staff record the payment in the hub. Plan upgrades for MatyStay itself can be paid through Razorpay when you leave the trial.
Reminders by email or WhatsApp depend on the messaging setup in your workspace. They are not a promise that every tenant is nudged automatically on day one.
Security deposits and opening balances are recorded on the tenant, not buried in a rent cell. That makes it clearer what is still held when someone leaves.
