MatyStay is the workspace PG owners use to run daily operations: who is in which bed, what rent is due, what was collected, and what the property spent.
It is built for owners and small teams running paying-guest houses and hostels in India, whether that is one building or several properties under the same account.
Staff can be given access for rooms, tenants, payments, or expenses. The owner still sees the property they have selected, so one building’s records are not mixed into another.
Add a property, then rooms and beds. Onboard tenants with deposits and documents, generate rent cycles, and record cash, UPI, or bank collections from the Payments Hub. Expenses, reports, rent agreements, and a shareable room gallery sit in the same login.
You add the property and rooms once. Each month the dues list shows what is upcoming, current, or overdue. Recording a payment can produce a PDF receipt and, when email receipts are on and the tenant has an email, send that receipt. Vacant rooms can be shared with a public listing link instead of a photo dump in WhatsApp.
